Our Price Promise

We are committed to offering the best range of products to our customers at the very best price. Our promise to you is that if you find the same product on offer at a lower price at one of our competitors, we’ll beat that price by 10%.

How to claim:

If you find an identical product at a lower price at one of our competitors (within 15 miles of our head office in Cumbernauld), we will match that price and then discount it by a further 10% when you buy,

In order for us to verify the price, simply provide details of the product, where the product is being advertised at a lower price and the price at which it is being offered for sale. The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to verify your price challenge and get you the best price possible!

Terms & Conditions

• The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.

• Our Price Promise can be claimed against any competitor based within 15 miles of our head office in Cumbernauld.

• We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.

• We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.

• We must also have the product in question in stock.

• The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.

• All Price Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of Top Cat Window Blinds Ltd.
